Seminars are one hour in length but may be presented in two or more parts.

Master Kai Yu is the author of General Introduction to Baji Quan.

Ba Gua Zhang 64 hands (a linear form that contains 64 hand and 72 leg techniques).

KY 2 – Sunday 8:30-9:30-am

Ba Ji Quan- Jin Gang Ba Shi (the fundamental training form that teaches building and using core power to deliver sudden released explosive power).
