Shifu Bob Messinger

A senior student of Master Nick Scrima for some 18 years, seeking proficiency in the internal arts, Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong, Liuhe Bafa, Bagua Zhang. During this period, Shifu Messinger has also been honored to have the opportunity to learn from such great teachers as Master William C.C. Chen, Dr. Tao Ping Xiang, Laoshr Rick Barrett and Master Yang Fukui, through workshops and private classes. Also studying, Qi Gong with Dr. /Author Yali Fan.

Bob has been teaching for 12 years developing a fun, informative, relaxing and result oriented style.
