Great Grandmaster Poon Sing

Great Grandmaster Poon Sing was born in 1927, in Guangzhou, China. He is the son of the legendary 3rd generation great grandmaster Poon Dik; one of the greatest Choy Lay Fut masters ever.  From the time Poon Sing was ten years old, his father trained him and passed his skills & knowledge on to his son.

As a young man, Poon Sing served his country as an intelligence agent during

World War 2.  He later went on to teach thousands of kung fu students including the renowned late Grandmaster Lee Koon Hung and Grandmaster Tat-Mau Wong.

Today, Poon Sing remains one of the most respected Choy Lay Fut masters.  He has dedicated his life not only to his own training, but has developed countless successful fighters and is devoted to promoting the art of Choy Lay Fut internationally.

It is through these years of training and life experiences that Grandmaster Poon Sing’s Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu has become so superior, detailed and effective.  At 84 years old, his speed & power will blow your mind!
