Once we receive your registration it is immediately processed. Each entry is carefully reviewed and checked for accuracy. We have a no refund policy but will give credit towards another tournament only in the case of medical emergency and only when proper documentation is provided.

We have a notice on every entry form regarding our NO REFUND POLICY!
